Our community website was developed to serve as an informative resource for both our neighborhood and our local community. It contains information about dues, Neighborhood Covenants, mailbox details, the annual yard sale and other events; as well as a listing of services near us in Madison, WI... like police, libraries, golf courses, etc.
Board of Directors - Members Wanted

The term of the current Board is ending in June '10. We have an immediate need for neighbors interested in volunteering for the Board. Now is a great time to get involved!
Board positions available include:
Architectural Control Committee Chair - Review homesites and enforce Covenants to keep the neighborhood attractive for the enjoyment of residents and for the protection of property and property values
2010 Homeowner's Dues
Submitted by mooncat on Thu, 07/30/2009 - 12:062010 Invoices for Homeowner's Dues will be mailed in November and are due by 12/31/09. There is a $25 late fee if they are not received by January 31st. The amount of the 2010 dues is $95.

Neighborhood Fence Painting
Submitted by mooncat on Thu, 04/09/2009 - 15:10Phase I of the Neighborhood Fence painting project has been completed. Phase II will begin next summer 2010, and includes the power washing and painting of the homeowner side of the fence along High Point Rd. It will be completed as soon as possible.
Valley Ridge will be replacing this wooden fence with PVC or Composite as soon as possible, within the next 10 years. A PVC fence comes with a lifetime warranty, and will look nice for years to come with very little maintenance.
