Welcome to the Valley Ridge Homeowners Association Website. If you are a new homeowner, WELCOME to the Valley Ridge Neighborhood!
Our community website was developed to serve as an informative resource for both our neighborhood and our local community. It contains information about dues, Neighborhood Covenants, mailbox details, the annual yard sale and other events; as well as a listing of services near us in Madison, WI... like police, libraries, golf courses, etc.
Valley Ridge Annual Homeowner Meeting
Submitted by mooncat on Tue, 12/27/2011 - 14:55The VRHA Annual Meeting is scheduled for Tuesday, June 19, 2012 at 7:00 pm at the Madison Police Department – West District Office, 1710 McKenna Blvd. Please be sure to mark this Meeting on your calendar and check the website for reminders and changes. At our next Annual meeting, elections will be held for new Board Members.

New Architectural Control Board Memebers

Welcome to the Board Kristy Schneider and Kevin Thompson!
Kristy and Kevin have already begun an audit of the neighborhood to ensure properties are in compliance with the, "Declaration of Conditions, Covenants and Restrictions" of Valley Ridge.

"What's the difference?" You may ask.
A Neighborhood Association is a group of residents, business representatives, and/or other interested citizens that devote their time and energy to improve and enhance a well-defined, geographic area that they and others live. Neighborhood associations offer an opportunity for government officials, developers or others to solicit input from the residents that live within a specific geographic area.
