Architectural Control Committee Volunteers Wanted

We found five people to volunteer for the summer and fall as a part of the Architectural Control Committee. Thank you!

As a part of the team, they will help with:

-Identifying mailboxes and posts that are out of compliance.
-Identifying homes that are out of compliance with landscaping.
-Identifying other issues that need to be handled.
-Writing letters and assisting homeowners in getting the information they need to get their homes into compliance with the Neighborhood Covenants.

Neighborhood Fence Painting

Phase I of the Neighborhood Fence painting project has been completed. Phase II will begin next summer 2010, and includes the power washing and painting of the homeowner side of the fence along High Point Rd. It will be completed as soon as possible.

Valley Ridge will be replacing this wooden fence with PVC or Composite as soon as possible, within the next 10 years. A PVC fence comes with a lifetime warranty, and will look nice for years to come with very little maintenance.

Earth Day Neighborhood Clean-Up: April 18th

This was a very big success, we had around 15 people show up to help. Thank you to all those who participated!
