Dues for the Valley Ridge Homeowner's Association are currently (2010) $95 per year.

- They are due by January 1 of the year assessed. That is, 2010 dues are due by January 1, 2010.

- There is an automatic late fee of $25 (In addition, there is a late fee of $25 for each subsequent invoice that has to be mailed.)

The annual dues are used for the improvement, maintenance and operation of the Common Property and other property which the Association is obligated to maintain.

Some of the items covered by the annual dues include maintenance of the common areas, including mowing, edging and blowing of the grass on High Point Road; landscaping and weeding round-a-bout areas and planting beds; and snow plowing the Common Property sidewalks on High Point Rd. A portion of the annual budget contains a reserve fund for the Valley Ridge neighborhood fence.
