Dues for the Valley Ridge Homeowners Association are currently $225 per year.

- Dues are payable by December 31 each year and cover the following year.

- Late dues acrue interest in the amount of 12% per annum.

The annual dues are used for the improvement, maintenance and operation of the Common Property and other property which the Association is obligated to maintain.

Some of the items covered by the annual dues include maintenance of the common areas, including mowing, edging and blowing of the grass on High Point Road; landscaping and weeding round-a-bout areas and planting beds; fence; and snow plowing the Common Property sidewalks on High Point Rd. A portion of the annual budget contains a Fence Replacement Fund for the Valley Ridge neighborhood fence, which is planned to be replaced in 2014.
