Looking for volunteers for the summer and fall as a part of the Architectural Control Committee.

As a part of the team, you will help with:

-Identifying mailboxes and posts that are out of compliance.
-Identifying homes that are out of compliance with landscaping.
-Identifying other issues that need to be handled.
-Writing letters and assisting homeowners in getting the information they need to get their homes into compliance with the Neighborhood Covenants.
-Determining when fines, liens and/or special assessments are in order to bring any violation or non-compliant homes into compliance.
